[b]Method of Preparation of Cabbage Rolls with Beef[/b]:
First of all core the cabbage and put it in a large bowl. Put boiling water to it and leave it for 5 minutes. For large cabbage process should be repeated after half the leaves of cabbage is stuffed. Mix meat, rice, egg, onion, salt, paprika and pepper. Now drain the water from the cabbage and cut the thick part of it. Put 2 Tbs of fillings in each leaves. Now fold the sides into a roll. Place the seam part down on slow cooker. Now spread the sauerkraut on top of it. Add tomato sauce and water. Cook it on low heat for 6-8 hours. Now remove the rolls, blend with cream with sauce and serve with cabbage roll.
Pork Chops: 6-8 Ketchup Pepper: 1 Bell Onion: 1 (chopped) Water
[b]Method of preparation for Pork Chops[/b]
Put pork chop in skillet and let it turn brown. In a crock pot put pork chops one by one in the following manner. First of all put a single pork chop and 1/6 part of onion with 1/6 part of bell pepper, pour ketchup to it as it makes thin layer. Repeat the same steps until everything is exhausted. Pour the water to it. Cook in crock pot on high for 3 hours.
